Our April event was called bigger or better. Each group started with a penny, and we went around neighborhoods seeing who would trade us for something bigger or better...check out what we ended up with...

I asked Ron for an unbiased opinion as far as the winners:

1st: Group 1: Tyler's Group: Kyle, Michael, Corey and Allie

They ended up with an antique chair and massive chicken that we may not accept because they had to go BACK to get the chicken after the deadline....Even without the chicken, Ron thought they won because of their negotiating skills :o) ...

2nd: Group 2: Elizabeth's Group: Ellie, Noah, Peter, Gretchen and Sarah

We ended up with a computer monitor (working) an old raido for a car, and a Cat in the Hat candy dish ...

3rd: Group 3: Meghan's Group: Tory, Oliver, Nathan and Jake

They ended up with a box of cereal and footie pj's

What we celebrate:

So when you boil it all down, what is Connexions Church all about?  What is it that we celebrate above all else?  

It’s pretty simple: life change.  

We celebrate the most when a person enters into an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ – a relationship that leads to long-term life change that is centered upon loving God and loving others. 

This is the ultimate objective of all that we do.
